Engineer-Led Evaluations for Structural Peace of Mind

Chances are, the issue you’re worried about is something we’ve seen several times just this week — and hundreds of times over the past few years.

Whether you’re noticing cracks, sagging, wall movement, or planning a renovation that raises structural questions, our inspections are designed to give you clear answers, fast timelines, and professional documentation you can rely on.

Below are five important things to know before booking a single-issue or multi-issue structural inspection.

What to Expect From a Load Bearing Wall Company Inspection

Fast, Predictable Timelines

We understand that structural questions often come with deadlines — real estate transactions, permit applications, or renovation planning.

  • On-site visits: Typically within 1–3 business days
  • Engineer letter delivery: Usually 2–3 business days after the visit
  • Rush option available: If you need your letter within one business day, simply select Next Business Day Delivery when booking

Simple Cancellations & Rescheduling

Plans change — and we make that easy.

  • Cancel your site visit with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund
  • Reschedule directly through the link in your confirmation email
  • No phone calls or back-and-forth required

Every Inspection Includes a Consultation

This is not a “drop-in and disappear” inspection.

Every site visit includes a real consultation with your inspecting engineer. During the visit, they will:

  • Explain what they are seeing
  • Clarify what is and is not a structural concern
  • Answer your questions in plain language

Our goal is to make sure you understand your home — not leave you guessing.

Clear, Stamped Engineer Letter

All inspections include a written and stamped engineer letter addressing your specific concern.

These letters are:

  • Concise and to the point
  • Written for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and city officials
  • Focused on answering three key questions:
  • Do I have a problem?
  • If so, what is the problem?
  • What are the short- and long-term consequences if no action is taken?

If you need multiple concerns addressed, be sure to add additional issues when booking so everything can be documented properly.

Design Quote (If Needed)

If your inspection reveals an issue with a reasonable solution, we can provide a quote for a corrective structural design.

  • Design timelines are typically 5–7 days after the site visit
  • Designs are permit-ready and practical to install

If you’d like to explore construction costs at any point, we can schedule a phone consultation with the construction side of our company to discuss typical budgets, timelines, and whether moving forward makes sense for your home.

Why Our Inspections Are Different

Because our broader business requires us to be experts in diagnostics, structural design, and physical installation, we understand:

  • What designs actually work in real homes
  • What installs efficiently without unnecessary cost
  • What meets or exceeds homeowner expectations
  • What building departments expect to see

That depth of experience shows in both our results and our reviews.
